Return Policy

Sometimes things don’t work out; but, don’t worry! Edward Dada would like to make your entire experience a good one–and that includes the return portion of your purchase.

POLICY PRESENTED UPON CHECKOUT

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/have all tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
- Sale and final-sale items
- Custom tailored items
- Intimates, under-garments
- Gift cards, gift vouchers, etc.

REFUNDS

If applicable:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS

If applicable:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@edwarddada.com.

EXCHANGES

If applicable:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a different size, fabric, color, etc., send us an email at info@edwarddada.com and send your item to: 5505 East Santa Ana Canyon Road Box 17426 Anaheim, California 92817.

We will process your request and get a prepaid return label shipped to you. If you wish to return the item through your own means, simply indicate so in the form and submit it. Please note that Edward Dada will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged-by-mail return items; if we do not receive the return, we cannot process it and cannot issue a refund. Make sure you handle tracking and delivery properly to ensure items are not lost. If you choose a personal shipping method, please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs, insurance costs, etc.

The return processing period generally takes 7-14 business days and will begin the day we receive the returned item(s). After the return is processed the charges will be reversed. If you have any trouble during the procedure, email our staff at info@edwarddada.com.

EMAIL/ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS

All products–including damaged products–must be unworn and have tags still attached–this is non-negotiable. Sale items and items that are marked final sale are not eligible for return.
